2022 Manifestation Journal: Affirmation, Goal Setting, Emotional and Physical Health Journal

About a year ago I read an incredible article on the Law of Attraction. If you’re not aware of what this is, I’ll explain it. Essentially, the Law of Attraction states that we are all capable of manifesting successes by setting aside time everyday to envision the life we want. The goal is to think your prosperity into existence, while also remembering that our actions are rewarded similarly by the Universe.

In blunt terms: what we put out; we get back.

I encourage everyone, not just writers trying to catch their big break, to begin manifesting their success by keeping a journal geared at helping them take a focused look into their own needs and potential futures.

Pro Tip: We can’t get where we need to go without truly recognizing where we’ve been.

Eucalyptus Leaves and Aroma Therapy

I touched on this in my previous article, but it’s a point that is so crucial I absolutely have to reiterate it; start your day with intention. Hit the ground running, or at least set yourself on the right track, by keeping a morning routine that fuels you.

My FAVORITE way to get a morning jolt (besides a strong cup of coffee) is a shower. Lucky for us, nature is full of plants that are scientifically proven to stimulate the brain and improve energy and that can be incorporated easily into our health routines.

Pro Tip: Need an extra kick? Add some bergamot oil to the leaves (just a couple drops will do) to feel extra energized.

The Basics of Media Writing: A Strategic Approach, 1st Edition

Okay, okay. I get it. There are some eye rolls going on right now, but hear me out. We should never stop learning, or striving to be better (not just in life, but in our specific crafts). Sure, this could qualify as a textbook for college kids, and I’m sure somewhere, it is. But that doesn’t mean it’s not a quality read that is chalk full of knowledge just waiting for you to harness it.

Pro Tip: Invest in yourself. Invest in written text and scribble in the margins until ink bleeds through the pages. Earmark the pages that resonate, and revisit the ones that don’t make much sense. Whatever you do, DON’T STOP reading and learning.
